I have been getting at least 9 threatening calls a day on my cell phone and work phone with a guy with a accent and a attitude saying I have legal issues about something with cash advance. I admit I applied for something, but never received any money, I also asked this mean guy to confirm my soc. sec. number and he had it wrong, but new my name and where my bank was. What to do in this case.

They keep calling then hang up when i answer when i call back i request to be taken off the list through their automative system but they keep calling at all hours

They tell you they are from Ross Klein, a law firm, but really they are a debt collecting company called Ross Klien Capital Management. You can look them up on the web.

He call and try to sell a curse, my brother answered and saud that he wants the curse. Then he said that he dont have the money to pay it, so he dont want it. This man started to call everyday at anytime, now he call me just to tell me that he is going to call immigration if i dont pay $3000

Said they could see that I had a credit card with them with a $10,000 balance. I told them I didn't have a credit card with American Financial. They said "Oh" and hung up. They have called several times and each time they tell me a different company name that they are with.

Answered and immediately a man said "uuuh,sorry wrong number" and hung up despite calling my house for the last 5 days. Called back and got a message that said "that numbers is unassingned, contact technical support". This was NOT a Bell Canada message.

They are calling from overseas & trying to scam you. When they call it shows up as 000 on my phone. I do not answer it! Or -answer it by saying Law Office & claim they are calling a law office & you are an attorney.....SCAM THEM BACK!
